Balarabe says he's disappointed in the names on the ministerial list

Ex governor of Kaduna state, Mallam Balarabe Musa, says he is disappointed at President Muhammadu Buhari's ministerial list and he said there was nothing special or new about the names listed there.

According to him, “why did it take the President four months to come up with these names? I believe this is the question that many informed Nigerians should ask.

Photos: Fans comes for Kylie's head after she posted new 'spanx' pic...

Sparking controversy: Kylie Jenner posted a Snapchat late on Monday night to show off her new pair of control pants but the conversation online, as it always tends to, soon turned cynical
The 18-year-old TV reality star posted a snapchat on Monday night, 5th September to show off her new pair of control pants captioned: 'These new spanx are bomb. From Target', when one of her fans noticed what he or she termed 'butt pads' and before you say Jack Robinson, the online conversation soon turned cynical.

The starlet initially posted her snap, which shows her wearing only underpants and a loose vest, with the caption: 'These new spanx are bomb. From target'.
A fan was quick to comment: 'LMAO Kylie just posted a picture on snapchat and you can see her butt pads!'
Kylie, however, immediately responded to the jab by writing: 'They are Spanx…here's the link if you want some ;)'. See another pic after the cut...

Is it me or just what? This did not happen at my school and they say it's normal in all Nigerian universities. I passed out of University of Nigeria, Enugu campus (UNEC) and there was nothing of such. Even, my cousin that schooled at Institute of Technology (IMT) have never mention this kind of thing to me. In that case, it didn't happen at their own time...
Anyways, that pictured above is a little pouring 'water' on top a student of University of Benin (Uniben_ after their final exams...

What do you think of this act?
